At Nutridome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty selection. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
